FOX SKULL

I found this weathered partial fox skull (I’m guessing from the size) while out walking in some local fields. Macro photography is the perfect way to explore its decaying surface and meandering fissures. Perhaps resembling a landscape of ancient riverbeds and mountain ranges.

BONE FRAGMENTS

Similar to the fox skull, chewed and broken animal bones are a common find by woodland paths, fields and hedgerows. Another flyby with a macro lens – this time making me think of an intrepid satellite, zipping past tiny worlds on the outskirts of our solar system.
